lobster lady the DIVA that was my pass-around doll. I made the nude body and everyone else contributed her persona. She is a night club singer, in her lobster dress, with her performance mask over her soft face, and she has her very own stringed zither to play under the waves. I call her Diva.

wood fairy made of Sculpey and holding a human baby. Babies and children are the ones who can see fairies. She is instructing the natural child before the baby grows up enough to be influenced by her human upbringing.
Dude and Dolls Nametag The two ladies are totally modern sophisticated ladies and the man is a dead ringer for John Wilkes Booth (before his crackup). I see them going out to the theater.
Frontier Doll She is a stump doll (no legs) whose dress is filled with rice, and who has a carved wooden head. Her head is carved with a dermal tool.
"Essence of Me doll" Then there are a couple views of the "Essence of Me" doll -- the cosmic soul entity with her different personae represented as tiny dolls on her robe.

The Pooka fairy the fairy who claims the last fruits of the garden after Samhain (Halloween). This fairy is the patron of livestock and domestic animals, and is entitled to anything left in the garden after Samhain. This myth was developed to institutionalize the Celtic idea of ecology and economy -- letting the livestock graze after Samhain meant that the fields were naturally trimmed and fertilized as the sheep, goats or cattle grazed and dropped as they went along. The legend made sure everyone did it, that the whole community acted as one to recycle.
Brigitte Brigitte, the 1890's Parisian dance hall girl. She's 1" tall, with one very big skirt!
